Store and Donation Policies

At Kindness Ranch Animal Sanctuary, we want every supporter to feel confident in their purchase and contribution. Because we use a made-to-order printing service for all merchandise, and donations are processed directly to support our mission, certain limitations apply to refunds and cancellations. Please review the following policies carefully.


Merchandise Refunds

All of our merchandise is created using a made-to-order printing application, meaning we do not carry physical inventory.
Because each item is produced specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you believe the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Donation Refunds

If you made a donation in error, entered the wrong amount, or used an incorrect payment method, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kindnessranch.org to request a refund.

Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company.
If more than 15 business days have passed since you received confirmation that your refund was approved, please contact us for assistance.


Shipping Policy

All merchandise is fulfilled through our made-to-order printing partner and ships directly from the manufacturer.
We do not carry or ship products from our Sanctuary.

Our fulfillment partner uses USPS, UPS, or FedEx for domestic shipping and DHL for international orders.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


Production Time

Production and delivery times vary based on the specific product and manufacturer.
Please allow 8–12 business days for your item(s) to arrive.
If more than 14 business days have passed since your order date, please reach out to info@kindnessranch.org for an update.

After placing your order, you can track its progress using the link or account information provided at checkout.


Order Cancellations

Because all items are made-to-order, cancellations are limited.
You may be able to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.

To request a cancellation, please contact info@kindnessranch.org immediately.
If your order has already entered production or has been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel or refund the purchase.
