Contributions to Kindness Ranch Animal Sanctuary are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
All donations are used to support our mission of providing sanctuary, rehabilitation, and adoption opportunities for animals retired from research, teaching, and testing environments.
Charitable Solicitation and State Registrations
Kindness Ranch Animal Sanctuary solicits contributions nationwide to support our programs. We are currently registered, or in the process of registering, to solicit charitable contributions in all states where such registration is required.
Registration in a state does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by that state.

Maryland:
A copy of the current financial statement of Kindness Ranch Animal Sanctuary is available by writing to the address above or by calling (307) 735-4177. Documents and information submitted under the Maryland Solicitations Act are also available from the Secretary of State, 16 Francis Street, Annapolis, MD 21401, for the cost of copying and postage.
New Jersey:
Information filed with the Attorney General concerning this charitable solicitation and the percentage of contributions received by Kindness Ranch Animal Sanctuary during the last reporting period that were dedicated to the charitable purpose may be obtained from the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey by calling (973) 504-6215 and is available on the internet at www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/charities.
