Misty

Misty is one of four foals brought to the ranch in the fall of 2008. Being the foal of a Premarin mare, she was destined for slaughter in Canada. Misty was perhaps the most scared and ill of all. She arrived with a strong tendency to kick if you tried to come near her, she was underweight and had a runny nose. Today, she is a different horse. She is healthy, loving, and eager to meet people. She has a gentle disposition and enjoys the wide open spaces of the ranch.
